Are your treats 100% natural?
Yes. Every single dog treat and chew is 100% natural. For our sausage products, only natural ingredients are used. We do not use any additives or unnatural preservatives.

All of our treats are 100% European-sourced.
We work with carefully selected farms and producers across Ireland, the UK, Germany, the Netherlands, Poland, and Estonia, ensuring every treat meets the highest quality and safety standards.
Our packaging is also produced in the Netherlands and Estonia.

Choosing the right box depends on your dog’s age, size, and chewing strength:
Dogs 6kg+ and over 4 months old:
Go for the Original Box or the Box of the Month.
The Original Box stays the same each month, while the Box of the Month changes monthly with new treats.
Both include a mix of small and medium treats, plus a couple of larger ones.
Large dogs (25kg+ and over 9 months old):
The Tough Box is the best choice.
It’s packed only with big, long-lasting natural chews and bones designed for strong chewers.
Small dogs (3–6kg):
We offer a Small Dog Box filled with smaller treats that are perfect for tiny mouths.
Puppies under 4 months, seniors, or dogs that need softer treats:
The Puppy Box is ideal.
It contains only soft, gentle items that are easy to chew and digest.

Our Standard (single) box is ideal for one dog.
If you have more than one dog, here’s what we recommend:
- Double Box: Great for one hungry dog or two dogs to share.
- Triple Box: Perfect for multiple dogs or bigger households that need plenty of treats.

Because all our treats are completely natural, every box is made by weight rather than by count — some treats are larger, some are smaller, so the exact number can vary.
We offer three box sizes:
- Standard – our regular box
- Double – double the amount of treats
- Triple – triple the amount of treats
Here’s what you can expect:
- Original / Small Dog / Puppy Boxes: around 20 treats in the Standard size (approx. 500–600g)
- Tough Box: around 10 large, long-lasting items, with the Standard size weighing about 1.2kg
Larger box sizes simply include double or triple the quantity.

Absolutely! Many dogs have allergies, and it’s completely normal.
Because we hand-pack every single order, we can easily adjust your box.
When placing your order, you’ll see a section for allergies — just write which ingredients or products your dog cannot have, and we’ll replace those items with suitable alternatives.
If you prefer full control, you can also create your own box and choose exactly what goes inside.

With every order you place, you earn reward points — including subscription renewals.
These points can be turned into discount coupons that you can use on future orders or towards your next subscription renewal.
You earn around 5% back on every purchase, making your dog’s treats even better value.

None of our boxes are pre-made. We personalise and make every box when an order is placed. Orders are usually processed within 48 hours. Shipping times can vary depending on the location, but please allow 4 – 7 working days after the order has been processed.

When the box arrives, please transfer the treats to an airtight container in a cool dry place. They do not need to be placed in a fridge. This will preserve their freshness and they will last many weeks.

No. All our natural treats are produced for consumption for dogs and have to follow strict measures set out by the EU.
For example, the chicken feet are carefully dehydrated (not cooked) to ensure they are safe for dogs.
As with any dog food product, you should supervise your dog at all times while they have their snack and discard of any bits that may break off that they should not swallow.

We suggest one treat a day to gain the full health benefits these snacks provide.
You do not need to change their normal main eating habits. Most people use one treat a day as an afternoon snack, or as a reward, or for training purposes.

Some smell more than others, but none that “stink badly”. Remember, these treats are 100% natural and contain no chemicals that some commercially produced treats can have. Any smells will be natural and are one of the main reasons why dogs go crazy for them. Because for dogs, they smell like roses.

We offer both monthly subscriptions and one time purchases. You can choose which option you want on the product page when making a purchase.

Yes! Our subscriptions are fully flexible. From your account dashboard you can:
- Pause your subscription
- Change your delivery date
- Adjust your frequency
- Swap your box for a different one
If you create your own box, you can also add, remove, or swap items inside your subscription box at any time — without needing to place a new order each month.

If it is a temporary cancellation, please contact us and we can pause your subscription so you do not lose any offers you may be on.

We aim to process all orders as quickly as possible, but because we hand-pack every single box, please allow up to 48 hours for your order to be prepared.
Once your order is processed, you’ll receive a tracking email so you can follow your delivery in real time.
Delivery typically takes 4–7 days, depending on your location.
